Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or completing any purchase. By accessing the ERF website or purchasing any of its products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms in full.

1. Scope of Use
All products offered on the ERF website are intended exclusively for use in modified and high-performance vehicles. They are not designed for daily driving or for stock / unmodified vehicles.
•The products and services offered may be used only for legal motor racing activities within the State of Kuwait, or for motorsport-related events and activities approved by the competent official authorities. Any other use is not permitted, and the seller bears no responsibility for any use that violates this condition.

2. Acknowledgment of Responsibility
The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
• The product sold is a consumable / chemical product intended for single-use or use according to its inherent technical nature.
• The product is not covered by any time-based warranty.
• ERF’s obligation is strictly limited to ensuring:
• The product is delivered in safe condition.
• The product conforms to the stated technical specifications at the time of delivery.
• ERF shall not be held liable for:
• Improper use.
• Improper storage.
• Use contrary to manufacturer instructions or technical recommendations.

3. Limitation of Liability
ERF shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to:
• Mechanical or electrical failures.
• Damage resulting from improper tuning, calibration, or vehicle modifications.
• Any damage caused by use of the product outside its intended purpose.

4. Final Sale & No Returns Policy
Due to the consumable and chemical nature of the product:
• All sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the purchase is completed, under any circumstances.

5. Unlawful Use
The use of ERF products is strictly prohibited in the following cases:
• Any use that violates the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
• Any use outside the intended and designated purpose of the product.
The customer assumes full legal responsibility for any unlawful use.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait
7.Payment & Delivery:
-We deliver to Kuwait only
-Delivery is issued after order confirmation and within working hours only
8.Shipping information:
-All orders are prepared after payment
-Shipping times vary depending on your location
-ERF company is not responsible for any delay out of our control
